TANZORE: Superb Modern Indian Cuisine

As soon as you pass the exotic doors and see the white marble from India, Tanzore takes you into a different world. It’s a Bollywood world of art, fashion, cinema, and travel. 

You’ll be tempted to linger at  the colorful bar and lounge. But do enter the dining room, because the cuisine is impeccable.  

Fresh spices are used within every dish.  Their savory flavors become truly evident when you taste the Tandoor Tiger Prawns, the Bombay–L.A. Melange, and the Kashmiri Lamb Curry.  There is even a “Holy Cow” Menu for the vegetarian, with Tandoori Florets and Spicy Veg Kebabs.  

For dessert, try the Yogurt Panna Cotta or the Indian Spiced Apple Gallette.  The astonishing 2,000-bottle wine cellar distinguishes Tanzore from other Indian restaurants, and the Haveli Room is perfect for the best in private dining!

PARQ

Located within the prestigious Montage Hotel, Parq is beyond impressive.  Not only is Parq deserving of the highest praise for spectacular service, but you will find an extensive wine list, presented by the restaurant’s brilliant sommelier.   As for the food, Executive Chef John Cuevas presents an elaborate menu created from the freshest ingredients.  

The delectable Hamachi Sashimi is an excellent start.  The Lobster Bisque is unbelievable.  The Roasted East Coast Cod is perfectly executed.  The Original 28 Day Dry-Aged Coffee Crusted New York Strip, made with bourbon caramel, is beyond memorable.  And finish with a fabulous selection of fine desserts and dessert wines that come recommended by Parq’s culinary masters.
