The historic Polo Lounge at The Beverly Hills Hotel welcomes guitarist and vocalist Bryan Harrell, on July 4, 2009, from 5:50 until 9:30 PM.
Bryan Harrell is a singer songwriter who has had a top ten hit in Europe with; Can’t Help Loving You, the song from his debut album, Everything. He has performed across the country from New York to Chicago, and Nashville to San Francisco.
A warm sweet voice and tasteful acoustic jazz-influenced guitar is part of every Bryan Harrell performance. He has been compared to a modern day James Taylor, with a bit of jazz thrown in for good measure.
“My influences are many, but I always come back to the beautiful ballads that I love to perform, and that people seem to want.”
In naming Bryan as a top new artist in Chicago, the Chicago Tribune wrote, “In this day of overly loud and overly negative music, Bryan Harrell is a breath of fresh air, and a musical beacon that let’s us know that there is still beauty in this world if we take the time to listen for it.”
Bryan has just released, A Rare Breed of Love, a companion album for the national best-selling book of the same title that features President Obama, and a host of celebrities from all fields (Simon and Schuster). The Rare Breed of Love album is a collection of beautiful music that celebrates the special bond between humans and animals, and has inspired a television version that will feature Bryan’s music.
Also look for the album, Can’t Help Falling In Love. In this collection is some of Bryan’s favorite love songs of all time. Bryan lends his unique voice and musical sensibility to what is sure to be one of your new favorite albums.
